1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations We ship both domestically and internationally. If your country or region is not available at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
3. Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and courier availability:
- Hong Kong & Mainland China: 3–7 business days
- Asia Pacific: 7–14 business days
- Europe & North America: 10–21 business days
- Rest of the World: 14–30 business days
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
- HK Zyra Tech is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
6. Discreet Packaging We are committed to your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the store name or contents on the outside of the package. Your purchase is completely confidential.
7. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
- HK Zyra Tech is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- For lost packages confirmed by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. HK Zyra Tech is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
