We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items without original packaging or accessories
How to Initiate a Return Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hkzyratech@gmail.com. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at hkzyratech@gmail.com.
